Purpose

   Reset fit subsystem to its initial state.

Function

   FINIT is equivalent to

   FLAST/CLEAR
   FWIN /ALL
   FERR /NONE
   FXCAL 0 1

   The fit method is set to LEASTSQUARES (command FIT)
   and the default peaks are GAUSSIAN (command FPEAKS)

  All storage used by the fit subsystem is freed
