Converting GammaVision data files

A converter is available to transform data exported from the GammaVision ( original (dead site)

, archive, local, ) acquisition system to GSI formats, readable with gd or SATAN
Just type

gvision2gsi <inputfilename>

and the specified file will be converted into a
'.gd' file, readable by gd's gread command,
as well as a
'.aread' file, readable by SATAN's AIMPORT command.
Example, assuming two GammaVision files, Si10.txt and Si20.txt:

   gvision2gsi Si*.txt

will result in Si10.gd, Si10.aread, Si20.gd, and Si20.aread, respectively.
