TRiP98 FAQ: How to calculate dose from a given raster
An example is here.
You can call it e.g. as a script as follows:
exec "$TRIP98/TUTOR/rst2dose.exec"
A second parameter (./) indicates the target directory
for the various output files,
exec "$TRIP98/TUTOR/rst2dose.exec" './'
in this case the current working directory.
