TRiP98 FAQ: How to make a data base with the ripple filter
An example is here.
It is a script performing the folding of the data bases, to be called
as e.g.:
exec "$TRIP98/TUTOR/rifibase.exec" "$TRIP98/DATA/RF0MM/*" "$TRIP98/DATA/RF3MM/3mm.rifi" "/s/bio/MYRF/"
where the three last parameters identify the source directory,
the file with the ripple filter response function and the target
directory (must exist), respectively.
Note, however, that it is a time- and memory
consuming procedure.
