plan | file / read delete dose() debug
write targettissue()
residualtissue()
incube()
outcube()
partialbiodose
Purpose
After all necessary tables are loaded and the fields are defined
this command specifies universal quantities like target dose
and target tissue type.
Parameters
- file
-
Not yet implemented.
- read
-
Not yet implemented.
- write
-
Not yet implemented.
- delete
-
Deletes the current plan, that is, deletes CT, VOIs,
all fields, all result dose cubes.
- dose(dose)
-
Prescribed dose (Gy) for the target volume.
- targettissue(ttissue)
-
Specifies type of tissue for the target.
Needed for biological dose computation.
To be useful an appropriate RBE table for that tissue type
must be loaded.
- residualtissue(rtissue)
-
Specifies type of tissue for all parts of the CT which are
not target volume and do not belong to any other VOI.
Needed for biological dose computation.
To be useful an appropriate RBE table for that tissue type
must be loaded.
- partialbiodose
-
- incube(cube)
-
Specifies a normalized dose cube with a prescribed input dose distribution
(weight distribution),
for subsequent dose optimization.
If partialbiodose
is specified, the input cube is
interpreted as a biological dose distribution rather than
a weight distribution.
- outcube(cubelist)
-
Specifies a list of normalized output dose cubes.
If only one cube is specified this will receive the complement of the
input cube
If two cubes are specified the first one will receive a copy of the
input cube and the second one
its complement.
If a
target tissue is specified, the output dose cubes
will be weighted according to the nonlinear addition of RBE.
They may be used for subsequent single field optimization of
biological dose.
- debug
-
Debug switch. Lots of output !
Remark
none
Examples
plan / dose(3) target(chordom02) residual(hirn02)
Defines a target dose of 3Gye. Target is a chordoma,
the RBE for "hirn02" is to be used for the rest.
