You can call it e.g. as a script as follows:
exec "$TRAX/TUTOR/evaladose.exec"
A second parameter (./) specofoes the target directory
for the various output files,
exec "$TRAX/TUTOR/evaladose.exec" './'
in this case the current working directory.
