Purpose
Give some info on defined commands and their parameters.
Parameters
cmd

Command name for which help is requested.
The parameters for that command are listed,
together with their type, data type, defaults values and
(if defined) their comment.
If omitted or wildcarded all defined commands are listed,
without their parameters.
