Compilation (V2.1.2)
Straightforward according to the README.
By default the installation goes straight into /usr,
if you don't want this, insert in sources/Imakefile:
INSTALLFLAGS = $(InstallFlags) -c -g biodev
BINDIR = /tmp/llnlxdir2_1_2/bin
MANDIR = /tmp/llnlxdir2_1_2/man/mann
LIBDIR = /tmp/llnlxdir2_1_2/lib
Then:
cd sources
xmkmf
make clean
make
make install
make install.man
should do the job.
