Compilation

1. Adapt the Makefile for platform/compiler specifics, e.g.

   PREFIX=/tmp/mpg123-0.59r/
   

2. HP-UX has no setlinebuf(). In control_generic.c Adapt:

   #if defined(__hpux__)
           (void) setvbuf (stdout, NULL, _IOLBF, 0);
   #else
           setlinebuf(stdout);
   #endif  
   

3. make hpux-gcc  # for HP-UX w/ gcc
   make install
