adt

adt (Aminet Download Tool) provides an interface to download packages from the largest Amiga freeware pool.

Compilation

Straightforward:

sh adt.c

On AIX >=4.2, the variable lines is already defined as a preprocessor constant in term.h, so it must be renamed.

Call

adt -n

and proceed. If no index files could be downloaded, choose compression none.
The configuration is stored in ~/.adtrc
