Purpose
Integrate spectrum segments in the current one-dimensional
spectrum display and write the contents
into the graphic and alphanumerical terminal screen,
and into the protocol file.
Parameters
window
-
Window to be integrated.
Valid window identifiers are
- a letter : display window
- a number : analyzer condition
- # : temporary window
xmin
-
xmax
-
Lower and upper x-values. If specified, the values are
stored into
window
.
If window
and xmin,xmax
are omitted, and if the
keyword all
is not specified, the cursor appears
twice to get the lower and upper x-values.
all
-
The whole spectrum - independent of the limits of the
current display - is integrated. In case of a
projection, the actual projection limits are used for
calculating the sum.
loop
-
If no spectrum segment was specified: The cursor is
activated in a loop until the middle mouse button is pressed.
static
-
For n-dimensional analyzers with
n > 1
only:
the access mode requested when summing up the counts within
the window(s).
In the static
mode,
the window limits for all dimensions are taken from the window data structure,
independent of the actual projection limits.
Default:
The dynamic mode.
In this mode, a display window corresponds to a display window
of a one-dimensional spectrum. Its contents is evaluated by
summing up the displayed spectrum counts between the
corresponding limits in the displayed dimension.
This key word is meaningless, if the spectrum segment
is specified by means of x-values or cursor input.
debug
-
Debug switch. Lots of output !
Function
Remarks
For one-dimensional analyzers, there is no difference
between the static and the dynamic mode.
The contents of a display window or a condition is independent
of the actual display bin size.
Examples
DWS X
Integrate the spectrum of the displayed analyzer within
the limits defined by the display window X
. The limits
and the sum are displayed on the alphanumerical and
graphics screen, and written to the protocol file.
If the current analyzer has more than one dimension,
the spectrum contents is summed up in dynamic mode. The
projection onto the displayed dimension is performed
according to the projection limits of the actual display.
DWS X / STATIC
The same display window X
is integrated, but now in
static
mode. Here the projection is performed using the
limits of the display window X
for the not displayed
dimensions.
DWS / STATIC LOOP
All spectrum segments marked within the cursor loop are
integrated in static
mode.
DWS / ALL
Integrate the spectrum of the displayed analyzer within
the analyzer limits of the currently displayed dimension.
If the analyzer has more than one dimension, the
projection limits of the actual display are used for
evaluation.
