This hotfix for UIS 1.0 MetaFrame fixes:
Installing UIS broke automatic lockout of user accounts.
Installing UIS on SP4 meant that services with names exceeding 18 characters
in length could not be started if a user account was specified.


Installation Instructions for the UE100M100006 Hotfix
-----------------------------------------------------
1. Copy UE100M100006.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and execute
   the command:

   UE100M100006

2. Execute the following command to install the Hotfix on your system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
