Readme for the WinCenter Patch

WC3039PA.EXE - self extracting patch for Connect 3.0.31 and
               above with the 3.0.39 release of WinCenter Connect.
               Copy the file to an empty directory and in a DOS session
               type WC3039PA.  After extracting the files on your server
               run SETUP.EXE to install the updated software on your
               system.
