This hotfix addresses the following issue:

A drive letter that has been assigned using the SUBST command for a
UNC path is only available at the first invocation of the common File
Open dialog box. The drive letter doesn't appear in the list at any
subsequent time.

1. Copy SE17B095.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk 
   and execute the command:

   SE17B095

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your 
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
