This hotfix addresses the following issues:

1. This hotfix resolves an issue where autocreated client printers 
   were not being removed from the following registry key when
   users logged off. Printers not properly removed from this
   registry location were not properly autocreated during
   subsequent logons. This hotfix improves the consistency of
   autocreating ICA client printers.

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control
   \Print\Printers\[printer name],XX

   where XX is a unique number.

2. For some printer drivers, printing to an autocreated client
   network printer caused the print spooler to crash with an access
   violation exception.

   The WinFrame port monitor, CPMMON.DLL, was not exporting the
   method StartDocPort (), which can cause problems for printer
   drivers implementing language monitors.

3. Printing directly to the client mapped parallel port on DOS
   Clients caused the print job to permanently report status as
   Spooling and never print out.

1. Copy SE17B080.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and
   execute the command:

   SE17B080

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
