Resolves Y2K issues in NTBACKUP log file generation. When using the
NT Backup utility from Administrative Tools with the Full Details
option selected as a log preference, files dated after January of the
year 2000 were listed in the log file with a date of 1900.

1. Copy SE17B079.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and
   execute the command:

   SE17B079

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
