This Hotfix for WinFrame 1.7 addresses the following issue:

This hotfix is a security enhancement that moves authorization 
checks from user space into kernel space so that a process may 
not skip it.  This prevents a security issue where a 
non-administrative user is able to run some code in the system
security context and thereby grant themself local administrative
privileges on the system.

Installation Instructions for the Hotfix SE17B047

1. Copy SE17B047.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and
   execute the command:

   SE17B047

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your 
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
