Description

Adds a utility to enable changes to thinwire parameters. 
The thinwire parameters are set as follows:

SpeedScreen functionality (requires Service Pack 5B or its 
replacement):
    keysync ICAThinwireFlags /Enable:1 
    keysync ICAThinwireFlags /Disable:1

SuperCache functionality (requires Hotfix SE17B098 or its 
replacement):
    keysync ICAThinwireFlags /Enable:2
    keysync ICAThinwireFlags /Disable:2

Outlook Fix (requires Hotfix SE17B094 or its replacement):
    keysync EnableOutlookCache /value=1
    keysync EnableOutlookCache /value=0

NOTE: Setting the parameters without first installing the
      corresponding hotfix will have no effect.

Installation Instructions for Hotfix SE17B102 
---------------------------------------------
1. Copy SE17B102.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and 
   execute the command:

   SE17B102

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your 
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
