initial program was started with high priority when it should
have been started with normal priority.


Installation Instructions for Hotfix SE165103

1. Copy SE165103.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and
   execute the command:

   SE165103

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
