This hotfix for WinFrame 1.6 addresses the following issue:

1. A Dr. Watson error would occur when the messenger service was 
   stopped, re-started and then stopped again.  Following this 
   error, the system would start receiving RPC failures.

1. Copy SE165098.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and
   execute the command:

   SE165098

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
