problem.  The system would halt with the message:
STOP: 00000019 (0x00000003, 0x80143E70, 0x,00000000, 0x00000000).

   execute the command:

   SE165094

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
