This hotfix for Citrix WinFrame 1.6 contains a fix to LOCALSPL.DLL.
This hotfix addresses the following issues:

1. Corrects the problem where a hung WinStation would cause
   subsequent users to experience a white screen hang upon login.

2. After an NDS print queue had been connected and removed, it
   could not be reconnected again until after the server was
   rebooted or the spooler process was restarted.

3. Resolves a problem where printer error popups were not being
   handled consistently when printing to a shared-client printer.
   The old approach sent the error popup to the originator of a
   print job, if the originator could be found.  (Printing from a
   DOS program via NET USE LPTx is an example where the originator
   is never known.)  Otherwise, the popup was displayed on the
   console.

   The new approach always displays the error popup on the system
   (the server or a client) where the printer is attached.  The
   philosophy is that the person sitting at the system with the
   printer is better able to correct the printer problem than the
   remote user.  To let the remote user know there is a problem,
   a notification is sent stating that printing has paused due to
   an error.  When the originator is located at the system attached
   to the printer, the notification isn't sent, because there is no
   reason to inform the user twice.

Installation Instructions for Hotfix SE165046

1. Copy SE165046.EXE to an empty directory on your hard disk and
   execute the command:

   SE165046

2. Execute the following command to install the hotfix on your
   system:

   HOTFIX /I

3. Shut down and restart your computer.
