L : solid lines
P : dotted lines
D : dashed lines
M : dash-dotted lines

A line thickness factor is specified by the letter T

  T thick line
 TT thick line, double width
TTT thick line, triple width

The basic width of thick lines is defined with the display parameter LINEWIDTH
